Our Nutgrove Lodge funeral home, Nutgrove Road, St. Helens recently had some remodelling and internal decoration to further enhance the calm and comfortable environment for the families we serve of the St Helens community.
A potted history Frank Dooley’s was founded in 1910 and We originally opened or third branch at Nutgrove Lodge in 2007 and both the sons of the founder of the funeral service were there to be part of that event. Alas, both Kevin and Peter have now passed away, However, the family name and traditions are kept alive with the fourth generation of the family. Who remain actively involved and will be in attendance at the rededication service.
To acknowledge and showcase the recent changes to the funeral home in Nutgrove, we had a fabulous relaunch event where community figures and the Lord Mayor were in attendance. This event was held on Wednesday 10th August 2022 and the entire Frank Dooley team and some members of Funeral Partners higher management team were also there.
Area Development Manager for Trafford & St Helens Robyn Morrison said, “The event was such huge success we have many community members in attendance and the Lord Mayor who officially re opened the funeral home. Kieron Dooley and Fiona Holding (former owners of Frank Dooleys) were there supporting the relaunch and enjoying the newly refurbished premises along with meeting with the local community of which they have been a part of for many years supporting St Helens. Overall a lovely relaunch event attended by many”.
