On Sunday 13 September 2026, the team at Frank Dooley & Son Funeral Directors, hosted a successful Breast Cancer Now Afternoon Tea, bringing together members of the local community for an enjoyable afternoon while raising awareness and vital funds for Breast Cancer Now.
Organised by Fiona Holding (formerly Fiona Dooley), the event held special personal significance and reflected the team’s commitment to supporting a cause that affects so many families. The afternoon welcomed members of local churches and the wider community, creating an opportunity for people to connect, socialise and support an important charity.
Guests enjoyed live entertainment, while Kathryn Teale generously provided relaxing Reiki sessions.
The afternoon was a tremendous success, raising approximately £700 for Breast Cancer Now. Thank you to everyone who attended and donated and for making the day a success.
