The whole team at the Nutgrove branch were brilliant however I must single out Deborah Aspinall. From the very first phone call, visits to the funeral parlour and many telephone calls and through the actual funeral itself, Deborah was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate person anyone could of asked for. It was clear from the start that she is totally dedicated to her profession and we could not of asked for anyone better to look after our dad on his final journey. It made our lives so much easier from the time dad passed until the day of his funeral knowing that he was in such caring hands. Thank you all so much.

Thank you so much for the care you gave our mum . From our first meeting with danielle to gradually meeting all the staff you were all exceptional to the day of mums funeral. You treated our dearest mum with so much love and care that made the process a bit more manageable. To do the job you do from taking care of our lovely mum bringing her into your care ,talking to us about mum in a very respectful manner. Talking to her and fixing her make-up to how you felt she would like it ❤️, respecting wishes and our emotions we can not thank you all enough amazing staff each and everyone of you ❤️

2024 We were most impressed with all of the team, we had a lot of contact with Martin and Stephanie, they were available whenever we required them and all helped immensely to make it as easy and trouble-free as possible. We would like to thank them all.
2025 Another family funeral by Frank Dooley and Sons - Everything went well and without problem, I felt well guided, safe and not worried about the whole thing, it was a weight off my mind. Many thanks to all of the team.

No room for improvement all the team were absolutely amazing. From start to end so much compassionate care and consideration. Made a hard time a little easier we could thank Alex, Debbie and the team enough. Thank you it is very much appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

I did not hesitate in choosing Frank Dooley & Son to care for my late husband after using them previously.
We were treated with the upmost respect at all times. The care and compassion that was afforded to my husband put our family at ease. It gave me comfort visiting him while he rested there.
Nothing was too much trouble for Deb and Danielle, keeping us informed of every detail or requirement needed.
Deb, without you by my side I would never have got through the funeral. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a very special lady who can balance professionalism whilst showing care, compassion and empathy.

Throughout this difficult time Alex, and Kieron nearer the day, have been supportive, respectful, and helped guide us through the process smoothly, allowing us to make informed decisions without pressure every step of the way. They made a difficult situation easier to handle and everything went like clockwork. Would highly recommend.
